  • No cost tuition for Pre-K 3 & Pre-K 4 and after &
    before school care for those eligible for state-funding

Scholars Program Honors Three Lumin Alums

Congratulations are in order for Lumin East Dallas Community School alums King Cohen (2011), Raphael Sandoval (2011) and Elias Saucedo (2009)! The three each received the 2017 Scholar Award during the Dallas ISD Scholars Program recognition ceremony held on March 30th. They were honored for their academic excellence and college readiness.

As a part of the Dallas ISD Scholars program, Cohen, Sandoval and Saucedo will receive support in their pursuit towards National Merit ® Scholarships and invitation to PSAT prep sessions and other events.

The Dallas ISD Scholars program recognizes students in the 7th – 12th grade who have scored in the 95 percentile on the STAAR reading or math test, or in the 95 percentile on the PSAT/NMSQT.
