Our need-based, Pregnancy to Age Three home visiting programs are available to qualifying families based on income, developmental risk factors, and residential service area.

Developmental information and parenting strategies provided by the nationally recognized Parents as Teachers curriculum and implemented at home in alignment with Montessori principles.
 
Lumin Education’s Home Visiting program was awarded the prestigious 2024 Losos Prize for Excellence. This national award celebrates programs that make a lasting impact on children and families through personalized, research-based support in the home environment.
 
Currently, these programs are offered to qualifying families in zip codes in Bachman Lake or in East Dallas/Fair Park. Choose your service area below for more information.
 
Lumin East Dallas/Fair Park Home Visiting Program
 
Every pregnancy and every child are different! Our home visiting programs are designed to support you wherever you are in your parenting journey.
 
The program includes:

•    Service area ZIP codes: 75223, 75210, 75227, 75215, and 75228
•    Regularly scheduled screenings to check for developmental milestones 
•    Visits every two weeks (twice a month)
•    Creative toy-making lessons and fun activities
•    Regularly scheduled parent group gatherings with guest speakers
•    Every pregnancy and every child are different. Our home visiting programs are designed to support you wherever you are in your parenting journey.
•    Bilingual (Spanish) home visitors available

Lumin Bachman Lake Home Visiting Program

We have 2 program options which include: 

•   Service area ZIP code: 75220
•    90-minute, weekly visits or 60-minute visits twice a month
•    Regularly scheduled screenings to check for developmental milestones 
•    Creative toy-making lessons and fun activities
•    Regularly scheduled parent group gatherings with guest speakers
•    Access to Family Advocates to help you navigate city and state-provided services for infants, toddlers, and parents
•    Bilingual (Spanish) home visitors available
